Between the end of February and the beginning of March, we had the pleasure to welcome the French production company Picofilms to Sardinia.
We travelled all together through the inland of the island, to discover some of the most traditional Carnival customs, passing by beautiful cities and little villages such as Ardauli, Asuni, Sorgono, Bitti, Ottana, Nuoro and Oristano.
The Picofilms’ representatives saw for their first time the typical central Sardinian masks and rituals; besides, they tried the homemade food, personally prepared by the local inhabitants and cultural organizations. In just a few days, they learned a lot about the island’s culture and they could also appreciate how much the locals are interested in preserving the Sardinian culture in all its forms.
Our Lùgere team walked Picofilms along some breathtaking half-secret landscapes, different from the ones of the tourist destinations. Furthermore, they had the chance to visit the most important places of culture and art of both the present and the past.
Thanks to the Identity Lab regional funds, Lùgere had the opportunity to build a successful long lasting friendship with an international company to work with from now on.
